Anyone being contacted by this company, be sure to read the small print.. £250.00 cancellation charge if cancelled within 4 years is absolutely disgraceful. We genuinely thought this company was helping us, how wrong could we be. We will be so glad when our 4 years are up so that we can cancel our policy and hopefully never hear from them again. Legal & General should really look at who they have selling their policies.

My partner gets approximately 12 calls every week from Top quote & finds the constant Barrage of Calls extremely upsetting despite telling them she’s Not interested and to STOP calling her every day they still insist on calling she tells them to take her number off there list they still call she blocks there number and they still call on a different number every single time… Do yourselfs a massive favour DO NOT BE TEMPTED to use this Horrible Company unless you want to be Hassled 6 Days a week in the faint hope you will eventually crack n spend money with them !!!!

If there was the option to put zero stars I would. They staff are nice but the company policy is rotten to the core.Thought they were helpful originally but watch the small print on these. Try to charge you £250 if you cancel a policy under 4 years we had 3 policies so that's £750 charge to cancel policies we could no longer afford anyway. They say they could only waiver fees by reducing costs so long as you keep policies. Disgusting!!

Stop calling me every damn day. If what you have to say is so important, email me or send a letter or at least leave a non automated message!

One more call and I'm reporting you to OFCOM as I have never dealt with or purchased anything from your company.

As you cannot control yourselves and insist on calling me EVERY DAY with the same recorded message, despite me asking you not to and to contact me by post if it is so urgent, I've now reported every number you have called me from to the Information Commissioners Office.

Constant calls I have blocked the number but then they leave a voicemail. I called customer service to say not sure why you need to speak to me, the chap from topquote said the company who dealt with the life insurance policy when I set it up no longer exists blah blah, i said why would legal and general not tell customers that topquote will be making contact etc. I have had no letters from legal and general. If something happened I would contact legal and general not them. They said may be able to help update policy I said again why would I not just go to legal and general or compare the market. I told him to take number of call list. Pissing me off every bloody day 😤

STOP RINGING MY NUMBER !!!!!!!!!!!!

My details are up to date with Legal & General. The fact I blocked your number over 6 months ago should tell you something. If it was so important that you needed to contact me, then you would have emailed or left a message. Take my number off your system, or I will report you to OFCOM.

Read all the other comments saying exactly the same as I am and change your policy of hounding people.

Firstly why haven't legal & general contacted me to say they've given top quote permission to contact me every day, none stop voice messages. There a reason I've blocked you is because my phone shows up scam calls and this company as come up as that. But relentless of blocking you still leave automated voice message. Stop calling....

Being very cynical about cold calling and insurance companies I cannot recommend this company high enough. I was dealt with superbly and offered a very good option.
I am almost allergic to writing reviews but in this case I wrote to the company in praise of the people that where helping me and offered to post this review.
Five star performance.
At this rate I might end up talking to estate agents soon!
