Wonderful service from start to finish! Mike came to my property, explained how he would sell my flat and did exactly that after just 2 viewings. Mike and Sam took great photos and videos to really showcase my flat online and found me the perfect buyer. Mike and Sam stayed in contact with me throughout the process and were always on the end of the phone if I needed anything. Mike's knowledge and expertise was invaluable. At times during the sale, it was a little stressful with solicitors but Mike always helped me and kept me calm during challenging times. I would use Mike and his team again and would recommend to anyone selling their property, especially in Hampton. I had an experience with this company while trying to rent a property in Park Farm, Peterborough. They do an incredible job with photos and videos of the property; however, during the viewing, I felt completely disapointed.

Despite offering six months' rent in advance, mentioning that I had a guarantor and references from my previous landlord if needed, and explaining my situation as a recently self-employed individual, I was not given the opportunity to proceed with the process.

The agent was dry and unprofessional, did not accompany me to view the property, and simply sent an email without properly reviewing my application and documents.

I even sent a follow-up email requesting a more thorough review and the possibility of meeting the landlord, but I never received a response. It was a disappointing experience.
