This company referred us to Winn solicitors from direct mobility . Not been the best experience with Winn’s, harassed bombarded, false promises we opened a complaint they never got back to us. Please avoid and just use your own insurance or deal directly with the third party. Winn solicitors think charging the third party £200 a day for a Nissan juke is reasonable. The at fault party insurance are the ones who recommended us to total claims solutions! Although we are not liable this is a tiny claim now in the 10’s thousands because of companies like this.
