Shocking customer service.
I have been with them for years and the service has slowly deteriorated, 9 months to deal with a broken phone claim.
Every time I speak to the claims line I have to be transferred to customer service as they cannot find my account. Rates go up every year and service goes down. I have now contacted the ombudsman due to the lack of service.

Thieves. Was with them for years. Bad customer service if you go a day over, you have to pay the full year not good to existing customers. And high cancellation cost, all round jobs worths.
