Our mortgage advisor Oliver Browning was amazing. He was very helpful and answer any questions we had. As a first time buyers we didn't know what to expect, Oliver took time to explain the process to us and was friendly and professional. Could not be more disappointed. Oliver initially found us good mortgage rates and once we had an offer accepted we immediately asked Oliver to secure us this rate and provided all the required information. However Oliver failed to promptly fill out the application and secure the agreed interest rate and didn't inform us until the following week when all the mortgage rates had significantly increased leaving us in a very difficult situation. Would not recommend.
