Many people who are get their registrations seem happy with this Company. However, it is a different story to be on the other side of the coin.
I received a thinly veiled, legally threatening letter from them regarding the design rights of a product I had purchased and was
legitimately wholesaling.
I did not receive any replies to any emails or telephone calls that I made to them asking for sight of any design registration.
As a responsible wholesaler with a good reputation in my industry over three decades. I removed the item from sale. Only to find out several weeks later that a design had been registered for this product on the very same day their letter had been sent to me!
It all smacks of some dodgy market share protection rather than for any original design work.
Perhaps I will now finally hear back from Trademark Eagle...

I applied for my first trademark by myself directly with the trademark office as lots of people told me that it was a simple process and easy to do. However, I received an objection letter for what, I now understand to be quite a simple error on my part.
