Everything used to work fine and contracts were fulfilled within the allotted time. However recently we have had consistently poor service with items sometimes not being picked up for several days. Unfortunately Transglobal acts as though the contract is not with them and simply relay messages between us and the courier. In the last two weeks alone I have probably wasted upwards of 10 hours trying to sort out problems, whilst simultaneously receiving an invoice because one of our packages was slightly oversize or too heavy. After seven years I certainly do not feel like a valued customer.

I moved from the UK back to the USA and used Transglobal to ship my vehicle. I worked with Roza the whole time from the million questions I initially had, to the final delivery of the vehicle to the port in the USA. The transition was seamless and there were no bumps in the road. I would definitely suggest using this company to ship their vehicle if you would like a seamless transition from one country to another. 10/10 would recommend!

We moved from the UK to Canada. Leanne Powell was excellent with sending our goods via Sea freight and Air to Canada. The service has been fantastic. Leanne was always polite, prompt and always got back to us. Our goods also arrived in excellent time. I would always recommend Transglobal Express who went above and beyond for us. Courrier did not have appropriate vehicle for my parcel. Said they would return. The courrier did not return and collect the parcel, which was for a customer of mine. I have potentially lost a customer, or will at least have to compensate them.
Transglobal did not offer any compensation when requested.

They are very fast to request more money from me if parcel dimensions are slightly off however, which they have done in the past.

Bad Customer service: We sent our parcels with them and they delivered them opened with some books missing and they claimed that it is the customs: customs have X-Ray machines and when they suspect something they open it and seal it back, but our parcels were open with a cutter and books stolen. We called them to draw their attention to this act but they just ignored that...What a customer service...Zero Rating for customer service, Zero Rating for Business ethics, Zero Rating for the way of doing business, Zero Rating for handling the issues. I have attached two screenshot to show how your parcels will be delivered with Transglobal Service...AVOID THEM BUT THAN REGRET IT

Absolutely disgusted. I asked for these people to return a £400 Oak door to a supplier in the packaging it arrived in. I took out the insurance just in case.

This is how it arrived !

There response was

Unfortunately, we have found the materials used to cushion your shipment were not sufficient to protect the contents from the rigours of transit on a courier network, which can include the use of automated sorting facilities, such as gravity chutes and conveyor belts. We therefore regret that we are unable to offer any compensation in this instance for the damaged goods.

All carriers handle parcels with the same level of care, regardless of “Fragile” or other such labels. Parcels may be stacked and are processed through automated sortation centres using the aforementioned conveyors and chutes, therefore “This Way Up” labels may not help, as orientation cannot be guaranteed.

We would always recommend the use of cushioning materials such as bubble wrap, craft paper and loose fill polystyrene to protect your items. There should be at least 5cm of cushioning between each item, and between the items and the carton wall, so that the goods could withstand a drop from waist height onto a solid floor.

I paid for a 4 day door step express delivery. It took a month before I had to send someone to their office to pick it up as against door step delivery paid for and against 4 days express delivery paid for. Customer service was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The worst is that my parcel was completely damaged and eaten up by rodents. Attached are pictures of some of them. I made a mistake of my life using Transglobal Express delivery.Have a look at my spotless brand news clothes completely ruined along with other items. Sad 👹

I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service provided by Transglobal Express. From start to finish, this has been a nightmare, and your company has shown complete disregard for my shipment and my trust.

Let's start with the pickup: your driver literally threw my boxes into the van like they were garbage. No care, no professionalism—just blatant recklessness. I should have known then that disaster was on the horizon, but nothing prepared me for the horror that awaited at delivery.

When the boxes arrived, they were torn apart, and everything inside was shattered beyond repair. A TV bent like a boomerang—seriously, what did you do, play football with it? The items inside the boxes weren't just damaged; they were damp, exposed, and ruined. This was nothing short of criminal negligence.
