Awful company - could not care less about their customers. Was sent to them, rather than using insurers, after a FirstBus hit my car. They said they'd sort payment direct with the garage. They didn't so turned up to collect car and garage (understandably) wouldn't release it without payment. Called them but everyone had gone home so couldn't sort out and could not have cared less about the situation. Left to me to sort out and no offer to help or compensate for wasted time/journeys.

If offered this as an option, go through your insurance instead. Deeply regret not putting a claim through and having to deal with these useless charlatans instead.

Edit: have seen the response to this from the company. Several things I'd like to respond to on that.

1) 77 days taken to get a quote - you were kept informed of how tricky it was finding a firm who specialised it this kind of repair. A job I did, not yourselves who offered no help here.

2) Complete nonsense on the payment - it was your responsibility to sort with the garage. You'd agreed the repairs and cost with them. If you needed me to sort it then you needed to communicate.

3) I did not phone after 17.30. You do realise that these things are logged so best not to lie about something that is easily proven incorrect.

4) The foul language was because of the complete 'couldn't care less' attitude from the member of staff who wasn't prepared to do anything to help in the situation and whose only solution was that I'd have to phone back in the morning to sort. Not even prepared to call first thing to resolve.

5) You didn't return the hire car - I did - and the firm were very grateful that I did. Because they'd heard nothing from you. There's a theme on that - communication across the board was awful. I returned the car to them because they didn't deserve to suffer from your incompetence.

Shocking poor customer service. They have one simple answer to all problems. They need to get “authorisation” from their manager. The problem is this manager is never available therefore the problem doesn’t drags on. The customer service agents make promises they don’t keep. I was promised a callback on 3 separate occasions and they simple didn’t bother. I am now without a car for the 4th day running. AVOID Transportation Claims Ltd at all costs

Had a collision with a bus and the claim was sorted rather quickly and the team I kept speaking with was amazing especially the call operator Juliet would use again if I had to!! 🙂
