i was extremely worried when i made a claim against Circle Cover, handled by TCS, after reading these reviews. I have to say though that, despite a short delay and the festive period, they settled very favourably with me. I can only suggest to include everything possible, a covering letter explaining the claim and ensure that your policy covers you in the first instance. i did not experience delay in calls to them, nor emails. i received replies to emails within the hour and every call was handled very well. I spoke to a few of the operators over the 5 weeks but every person was very professional. I had to write this, despite me being prepared to leave a negative report(!)...as i like to give credit where its due.

I share the same views as the others here. This company shouldnt be trading.
I have held a policy for 3 years and have had to make amy first ever claim due to Covid and I have had no reponse from emails. Have been placed on hold for over 30 mins as they had to transfer my call only to be cut off 3 times now. Will never use this company again

Terrible company. After 3 months they have found every reason not to pay out on my claim (reasons were not based in fact). They in conjunction with EHIC expand (trading as the medical screening company) and MAPFRE assistance have got pretty much every detail wrong, even their final response letter was full of errors. They also under a different address had the authorisation to conduct insurance matters withdrawn in 2005 by the FCA. If your policy as any mention of these companies cancel and buy a policy that will actually cover you.

Absolutely diabolical, staff lie and don't respond to emails.
I was told my claim was settled money would be in my bank 5 - 10 working days.
I'm still waiting for my payment 34 day's later. Constantly being fobbed off and told its being processed.
Won't recommend or use again. Stay well clear.

Poor customer service, my claims has been ongoing for over 9 months! They will try and find every loop hole not to pay a claim. I'll be sure never to use an insurer who uses TCS!. I’ll always pay more in the future and go with a reputable business. I hope the FCA/financial ombudsman investigates them. Considering they are meant to be regulated and authorised by the FCA the staff are poorly trained on legislation

If I could give no stars I would do. I made a claim under my travel insurance policy with Virgin Travel in March 2020. Now, 8 months later, I am still waiting to get my claim paid. I will now be taking my case to the Ombudsman and issuing proceedings against Virgin Travel Insurance

I have a car hire excess policy with CHEW insurance. Sadly they use TCS for their claims processing. Claim submitted in March and despite chasing several times, I have still not received a reply/ acknowledgement or any kind of response whatsoever. I would advise you to avoid them and any insurer who uses TCS for their claims handling. The current Covid situation does not excuse 6 months of no response!

If I could give zero stars I would. First made a claim 24 March. Still no resolution. Email sent in response to a question they asked (response sent same day) and they said it would take 45 days to answer. Day 45 had an email saying I did not respond to their question. This company should be shut down. Atrocious!
