Our father had a bungalow and our claim began a long long long long long time ago !! DAD was alive and still mobile . December 17th 2022 !! Bad flood and every room under water !! Roofs caved in pretty bad!!! After a patient very patient 18months the repairs have still done been done .. carpets still not down a rotten bathroom unit still not fitted ! In August the energy certificate runs out? Dad sadly passed away and will not see this overdue slow repair project finished !!! We are now being charged double council tax and we still can not sell due to the endless delay!!!

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Trinity. It was the first time I needed to make a claim. The process was smooth, staff were very helpful and the claim was dealt with. A huge thanks to princelar who went the extra mile .

A professional company that understands the needs of the military family. Great customer service, never waiting long when you call and questions are always answered. Removal insurance is standard with home insurance, I don’t know any other company that offers this. Great value for money and well recommend ?

I called up Trinity with every intention of cancelling my insurance as I am trying to find ways to save some money. I spoke to Dan Faulker who couldn't have been more supportive and considerate of my needs. We discussed my options, my circumstances and the best option for me. I now have a more up-to-date package thay I understand and feel much more comfortable about my policy and what I am paying. Dan answered all my questions and was of a huge help. Thank you very much, I am happy to still be supported by Trinity insurance.

Efficient and friendly customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable about the military. The policies are tailored specifically to your needs. Nice to be able to call and speak to a person to update the policy, without being on hold for ages. Highly recommend.

Emailed with a query regarding my policy and received an almost immediate response. The advisor (Dan) quickly dealt with my query and my policy had been revised to the new specification within half an hour of my first email. Excellent service.

Avoid this company at all costs.

You are dealing with cowboys of the insurance trade here. The advisors do not understand the insurance that they are selling, as a result, you will end up being miss sold.

When attempting to claim you will communicate with rude, grumpy staff who will try everything to get out of putting the claim through.

The insurers that they use have awful reviews, check out Arc Legal. There are military insurers out there that use big companies such as AXA, learn from my mistake and go with these.

The attitude of the engineer I've dealt with Tony T was very disjointing, if he wasn't being rude he was condescending. I personally wouldn't use this company if you don't have too!!
