We have had a leak in our bathroom which required a lot of work from TruBuild.
Shane who came round to assess the damage was great, he explained what work was needed and how long the work would take. He was in contact regularly leading up to the job and the office support during the work was very professional.
I would also like to thank the painter Luke who painted the hall stairs and landing as well as 2 bedrooms. He was fantastic! He arrived promptly each morning and worked flat out. Luke kept us informed and updated on all that he was doing and he was so skilled that all of the work was completed to the highest of standards. Thank you Luke, your hard work is very much appreciated.

Alleluia!!!! This weekend saw the completion of work on my house, after several years claiming because the source of water leaks had been difficult to find.
Once found, it was a matter of repairing the damage caused by the water. Enter True build. Whilst the number of workmen arriving was difficult to cope with, the guys were all very nice and easy to get along with. and once material arrived things progressed smoothly. Any hitches were overcome quickly and repairs made where necessary. To cover every individual would take a long computer session, but I'd like to mention a few people whom I felt were outstanding.
Firstly, one of the key people I met with was James aka Jim. An excellent surveyor who understood me and was very empathetic and compassionate. A very diligent guy who knew exactly what needed to be done. He was always at the end of a phone, and also made some visits. He listened when there were issues and acted on problems immediately.....he deserves 12/5 if your star rewards allowed. Thank you James! Other workers: Graham - fantastic, as was Nick, (Lee - who built the shower), Michael - couldn't get him to take a break - good worker, left everything totally clean and a job well done). I remember few other names - issue of memory:-) The receptionists and admin staff were always helpful which made it pleasant to deal with the company. Thank you everyone for giving me back a perfect home. I will always be happy to give you a reference.

TruBuild did the work required to restore my property after a subsidence issue.
They are very professional, work quickly and leave the property clean and tidy.
I would particularly like to mention Dave, who did all the tiling work to a very good standard.
Other work completed by Graham and Steve, in rebuilding a step fixing the cracks in the external walls, filling cracks in internal walls and repainting the walls and ceiling.

What an amazing team TruBuild has! James has been very communicative during the whole process and kept positive all the way which really helped us too.
David and his team have done an incredible job in our place.
Our house flooded and when we left it was absolutely chaos, came back to a pretty much a brand new house!
