Obtaining a private adjuster to handle your claim is urgent and I advise you consider it mandatory. The insurance company and their 3rd party vendors are designed and organized to extract as much money from your claim as possible. It’s disgusting , I’ve had the displeasure of bearing witness firsthand. Thankfully we were advised of this in advance. DO NOT sign any agreements with your insurance without speaking with a PA first.

David was awesome , he got us the maximum amount the insurance allowed and then some. He was even successful at securing an interest payment on our claim settlement because the insurance company check was overdue. 5 stars , look no further.

So I have a big testimony to share lol.

I had a terrible experience in the beginning when I was assigned an adjuster who was terrible with communication and never wanted to follow up with me and provide updates. I felt my case was not being handled properly by her. I tried my best to communicate with her and plead with this public adjuster to help me and keep me informed on all updates at least once a week. She refused to maintain contact with me. Updates on my case were lacking. Payment from insurance were not being made. Sometimes she would argue with me and hang up on me.. or just plain ignore my calls or block me. I have never been mistreated that way before and I was so upset I had no other choice but to come online and do a review to warn others.

The update - Mr Ryan (the president) quickly contacted me once he saw the review and informed me that from now on the communication would be better and he would personally get involved and make sure the adjuster updates me weekly. Not only has he kept his word but he has done more than promised. He eventually ended up taking the lead on my case and now My house work is almost done. All checks owed have been paid to us. Insurance has paid for evening he has requested. He build a good working relationship with the insurance adjuster and has been able to get our estimates approved in a timely manner. He is awesome and so respectful. He treats me kind and talks to me as a human being and not talking down to me.

I appreciate him and I definitely recommend their company. Anyone who is looking for a public adjuster to fight for them, Me Ryan is the best example you can have. I am sure the rest of the team will be like that too and if not he will step in and make sure they are held accountable. You are in good hands and they will fight for you just like he has fought for me. I believe if he was handling my case from
day one I would have been back in my home by now. It’s unfortunate it took this long to get excellent help but I’m
glad he stepped in. He is definitely going to make sure his team is the same so don’t be scared to reach out to them for help. He works great with insurance and the contractors!
