Ruth did a virtual work station risk assessment for me. She was very friendly, thorough and considerate towards my individual needs.

During the session, she started by looking at a video of how I was sitting (required a camera person with me for a couple of minutes), then asked me questions about my work habits, if I had any issues from sitting at my desk and how I use my equipment. After this, we went through the recommendations for how to improve my workstation to prevent long term issues and RSI. Also found out that RSI is incurable once you have it!

Recommend Ruth for an assessment if you are working from home or over long hours.

I had a review of my CV last month with Ruth from Truth HR. We went over each section and Ruth explained to me how I could improve it and gave me lots of tips that enabled me to improve it significantly. She also taught me trick to help get through automated CV review software.

Since using the new CV, I have been interviewed for two roles and received 1 job offer and I think it very likely that I will receive a second offer this week.

I put getting the interviews down to the improvements in my CV that made it easier for the recruiters to see my value.
