About 15 years ago I bought holiday insurance from TUI with a packaged holiday to Majorca - the night before we flew out my middle child got chicken pox and we were not permitted to fly but the insurance paid us all but £125 and it was a really easy process!
Since then I have always bought my holiday insurance with TUI and currency too. I've booked a few all inclusive family hols with TUI and rate them as better quality than some others we have tried.
I always ask to see Audrey in the Burnham office as her experience, knowledge and service standards are the BEST I have found - I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent help she has provided over any years!

My husband and I regularly go to North tenerife each year and once again the service by the staff at the store was excellent. We have to personally commend and thank Connah for his valuable assistance. Nothing was too much trouble for him in dealing with all our enquiries for an excellent booking of our holiday
Apologies Connah if spelt your name wrong. All the staff at the store work very well together as a team and such a joy to witness their comradeship .
A trip to this store with least stress and walking out after that we had been listened to and having secured our holiday.

Wow - Burnham on Sea TUI is so good. We went in with an idea of a holiday and Sheri took time to walk us through all the options that were available and we booked the one that worked best.
She was incredibly personable as well as knowledgeable and made the whole visit highly enjoyable. Her colleague Jules was also able to help and guide us with some special offers that were available.
When we can, we always give TUI at Burnham the first go when booking a holiday as we need them on the high street and the service is brilliant. Once again, many thanks Sheri for being smiley, helpful and patient with our demands.
