Turners at Selby worked on my car following an accident, so repair was organised via my insurance company. The staff were really friendly and put me at ease, assessing the damaged area and what needed to be done, with a guide of how long it would take.
The repairs were completed to a high standard but were well over the estimated repair time of the 4 days stated on assessment. I am unsure why this was but I assume it was parts related. I had a courtesy car to use over the 3 weeks my car was there and I didn't ask about the time frame when I collected it.

First time ever had a car written off costa it cost too much to repair so no idea what to do. Turners thru mu insurers provided courtesy car and whole process they made so easy. Great team to deal with really friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them so if unlucky to need their service you'll be in good hands.

The drivers who collected and returned my car were professional, friendly, and punctual. Lauren, on reception, was extremely helpful and assisted me with all my queries. The car was repaired to a high standard. I would definitely recommend this accident repair centre.

My car was taken in for bodywork repair through my insurance. My car was picked up from my house. I was given regular updates on the status of my repair. They replaced the faulty boot door and painted it. They did go above and beyond by buffing a big scratch on the front bumper for free, which was very nice of them. They also delivered the car back to my address. Overall it was a seamless process. I am very pleased with their service and the great quality of their work.
