We weren't having much luck with our mortgage advisor at the time, so we arranged a meeting with Edward. He was just brilliant from start to finish. Disappointed is an understatement! We were referred to this company by trusted friends who had a great experience. Could not of been further from the truth for us. Edward completed dropped the ball during the whole drawn out process. Sharing the wrong information with the legal team and us multiple times, leading to a simple process being drawn out, very stressful and costing us more that it should have done. Communication was shocking, response times terrible and the worst customer service I’ve had for years. No support, no response for my late 3 emails, the last asking for an apology and explanation and then request to send a generic review request. Absolute joke!
I hope our awful experience was an anomaly but I would not recommend this cowboy to anyone.

Had multiple calls with Lee Pollard and he was really helpful with insurance for my mortgage talking me through all of the things that I could be covered for and how long it would cover me for. We decided on a good plan for me that would help me if I had any problems throughout my mortgage. He was also very polite, cheerful and chatty and made the process of sorting insurance out a better experience than if i tried to do it myself. 10/10 would recommend
