Workers are always friendly, however the London office hours are not available when they say it suppose to open. It's almost 11am germany time and the automated says office hours unavailable. Why go through all the verification process to get this answer at the end

I would love to leave a review. I have been a USAA member for three years, starting while I was still in the USAF active duty. Now I am a Veteran which I have stayed and continue to live in the United Kingdom and attending University. This company USAA is excellent!!

I have used renter's property insurance as well as auto insurance while in the military and now as a Veteran. The customer service staff and online banking are welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much USAA!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am travelling in Europe for 3 months. I decided to utilize my USAA Visa card because there are no foreign transaction fees. I advised USAA that I would be travelling and using that card. USAA keeps denying transactions. USAA has blocked my card. There has been no fraudulent transactions to my account. When you have no working phone in England there is no way to contact USAA except through Facebook and they haven't responded. Their automated chat on my USAA webpage sux. It sends me in a loop. They have made no attempt to contact me through my member page. I have tried to unblock my card and all my attempts have been fruitless. It is very embarrassing to constantly have your card denied and to have no recourse with them. I have car/motorcycle insurance through them and when I get back to the States I will find another insurance provider and cancel their card. Do not rely upon USAA and their Visa card when travelling abroad. Lesson learned.

I do like USAA but when the website states the London office is open 24 hours 7days a week. You should be able to ring through. I’ve bought a new car and can’t insure it till two days later.

USAA Insurance, from my experience, is much like John Wayne Gacy. Instead of going after young boys, however, it is servicemembers wallets that are left with the large gaping holes. Unfortunately, they hold the monopoly over auto insurance for US military members stationed abroad, and I have no choice but to do business with them. Would definitely not recommend having anything to do with them if you can help it.

I spoke with Diana over the phone to acquire Auto Insurance, Renter's Insurance, Personal Property insurance. She made the transactions very easy! She is extremely knowledgable, incredibly friendly, and offered the best customer service I've ever received thus far! I almost didn't want to get off the phone with her! Bravo!

Customers are given false information with such Authority the information is perseved to be true.
Vehicles being advised to be brought to the so called preffered repair shop risk having voided Ext Warranty and service plans as these workshops dont necessarily do better quality work, they just work cheaper for USAA.
