First, my viewing appointment was suddenly cancelled at the last minute, even though I had confirmed it several times.
Despite this, I went ahead and signed the contract starting from 15th September.

However, just before moving in, they suddenly told me the room would not be available until 22nd September, and in the meantime they placed me in a “temporary accommodation.” That place was extremely dirty, full of cockroaches, with broken lights and an unusable kitchen.

Even worse, they kept postponing the move-in date again and again without my agreement.
Also they don’t help me to find another flat.
They told me you can find another flat if I don’t like the temporary accommodation.

⚠️ This company keeps changing promises, provides uninhabitable housing, and causes huge stress. Be very careful before dealing with them.

These guys are extremely helpful and provide immediate service whenever needed. Compared to before, the response time and support have become so much faster and more efficient.
