Don’t know or care who you people are all I know is you stole my excess even though I’m not a customer of yours and in fact the accident I was involved in was caused by a muppet who was insured by you!
Obviously I will be contacting you to get my excess back as you had no right to take it in the first place.
I don’t know what sort of moronic company you run but clearly you don’t have a clue what you’re doing.
Avoid at all costs!!
I had to give one star in order to post this review but trust me you aren’t worth even 1 star you are just thieves.

Recently contacted UKI Direct with a view to quote for my business insurance. From the very first,contact the service I received was first class, and was great to have the personal contact with a person who understood my needs rather than just using a computer, Michael and Katherine took the time to gather information on my business to be able to do a comprehensive quote which not onlynne gave me greater cover levels but also saved money on my previous insurance.
