I had my landlord insurance through this company and I’m very grateful for their service as we had a massive fire in our flat last April
It was an accidental fire by our tenant and we had all the help and support throughout the process.
It was the scariest experience and there was hardly anything left in our flat.
I had to call their out of hours team and in a short time we had a response from our insurance company and The service was amazing.
The only issue I had was it’s taken a very long time to be fully refurbished due to covid crisis.
The quality of work done in our flat is great so far.
Hopefully I’ll add some photos once it’s done.

I had been buying insurance via this broker for about 8 years. This year, I had two small claims, which they were rejected by the insurance companies chosen by UKInsurance net. The premiums were constantly going up, every year no fail, but when it came to me claiming on those policies (2 roof tiles, and a little leak under the sink), it had taken one month to get any reply from their associated third parties. After 8 years, I had finally taken time to sit down and find a much better and much more professional broker and had changed all my properties to them. Its your choice of course, but I would not insure any of my houses through them again.

Best Landlord Insurance Broker around. Used various competitors and also went direct to insurer for years.

Now I have all my properties in the one place, great customer service and their prices can't be beaten.

Been a customer for over 7 years now. Had 3 claims in the last 4 years and they were very helpful in taking me through the claim procedure with the different insurers.

Left me uninsured for 5 days despite clearest instructions re renewal. Insisted that I listen to 15 minutes of their verbal diatribe which I have endured every year. Get into world of reality. Disatisfied wholly.
