We have had dealings with this Pet insurance underwriters for number of years and they are the most unpleasant, obstructive and awkward underwriters that we have had the mispleasure of dealing with. They consistently hide behind their twisted interpretation of the data protection act and now its replacement GDPR. They will not even confirm if they have received a customers insurance claim has been received which we have sent to them nor will they even answer any questions about e-mails they have sent to us. Its ridiculous, no other insurance underwriters is this obstructive. We will be recommending to all our clients to avoid any insurance policy underwritten by them.

My Italian Greyhound contracted Meningitis at 18 months and unfortunately returned 6mths ago. The company have paid all of Meggie's claims without any problems.

Had a policy a number of years but when try to claim keep coming back with issues which say unable to claim until we provide proof of various items. Once one piece of documents is sent another query raises its head. No response from customer servicw emails.
Not happy with sevice received.
