Worst company, some of the workers do not collect correct information, they dodge to be accepted and after a few weeks they say that you did not give them the correct information and cancel your insurance and they ask colossal amounts for only 3 weeks of insurance,Avoid this company

Worst company ever. You will be transferred from one department to other departments. They are worst specially when you are involve into accident. Customer service has no idea how to handle complaints. I am cancelling my insurnace policy. I am done

An absolute disgrace, unfortunately couldn't put lower than 1 star. They cancelled my insurance, not my fault so had to go elsewhere. Was without insurance for a few day's as a result while I sorted out new insurance. They reinstated the insurance without my consent and are now harassing me for money and threatening to send debt collectors in. They are a RIP OFF company. Avoid at all costs

Over 20 years with this company but somethings gone Pete tong! Customer service is absolutely appalling. Just as well talk to the wall. Needless to say we don’t use them anymore!

Please do not spend your money or trust the offer of a policy with this appalling company. Even when you’ve been a customer for over 20 years, it means nothing. No focus or consideration for customer care or service. Management never call you back. Everything is always down to the customer being wrong. I really feel for the poor staff that have to pick up calls from dissatisfied customers. Whatever the saving, it’s just not worth it.

Been with them for 11 years always a problem to get to speak to them. Had to cancel policy within the 2 week cooling off period still waiting 6 weeks later for refund. Not interested just say they haven't had money back from insurer.
