No frills, well equipped, friendly gym, with great classes. Unifit is run by two of the best personal trainers I have come across. They will tailor sessions perfectly to your needs, wants and pace and guard against injury with a fine eye on technique. I have been using gyms and PT for 45 years, and Nial and Sean are the best I have come across regardless of your fitness level. Niall even succeeded in converting my very reluctant wife to twice weekly strengthening sessions which she thoroughly enjoys.
