Had no problem since signing up with my company scheme ,Easy to follow claim procedure and very prompt claim acceptance and money in the bank 3 days after claiming .

Complaint opened 4 weeks ago - no action. Claim made 04/03 todays 01/04 and still in progress, 1 month later with no update. Unfortunately i signed up again through work so nothing incan do now. BE AWARE as even if you pay your premium monthly on time, it can take months to get your claim sorted.

Seriously should be ashamed at how badly they run their company. Constantly asked for 'more information' on claims, even though they are provided full itemised receipts, card receipts and statements of my account. I'm beyond infuriated with them, and they've made going to the dentist more stressful than it should be. Avoid them at all costs and find someone else to get dental insurance with!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Time wasters honestly! I should’ve checked the reviews on here first before joining them! I’ve requested to reset my password, and that turned into a chain of emails, of them wasting my time basically… anyway, when I wanted to cancel, they asked to fill an amendment form!! Like they couldn’t do it over the phone? We live in 2024 and these guys seem to be living in early 2000s, asking me to print out the form to sign it!! Sigh… again, if you want to waste your money and time, go with them…

The worst company ever you cannot cancel your policy, they automatically renew your policy without any notification, they increase your monthly charges without any notifications, they don't send any communications out and they refuse to cancel your policy and state you cannot cancel even though you call and asked them to cancel, they are a complete rip off and I would avoid at all cost. I am left to seek legal advise on how I can stop them taking money from me! Its an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.

Very slow process just to get user and password. Claim still outstanding for over 2 weeks when they state 8-10 working days. Will not be renewing my policy and would not recommend at all

fantastic experience and made very easy to deal with. Claims can be done online and you are always kept up to date on it's progress. My claim was resolved in less than 3 days, by providing receipts of the treatment and the transfer of the funds to my bank was done in 2 days. Within 7 days of treatment to getting the claim resolved was all done and with no stress.
