I can not recommend Farida enough. We have relied on her twice. This second time she gave us financial advice to fund our home renovation. As with the first time, she was incredibly efficient to secure a good mortgage that perfectly aligned with our expectation and style. Excellent mortgage advice. This is the 3rd time I have gone to Farida for help with mortgage/remortgage and she is a hugely approachable professional. She listens to what you want, and what you want to see and goes through the process promptly and, most importantly, gets the results you need. Each time she has married me up with a good deal, always better than what I was seeing on the open market. This year I needed the mortgage in a bit of a hurry as I was running right up to the point where the previous fixed rate was about to lapse and Farida delivered in double quick time and avoided even a small amount of time at a higher rate.
I highly recommend, you'll get what you need with a friendly, approachable professional that listens.

Farida was instrumental in securing us the best deal for the term we wanted prior to the renewal.
She then went the extra mile and shortly after found an even better deal!
In addition when we realised the term was ending sooner than we realised was instrumental in expediting the process to ensure we didn't have to pay any additional costs in the interim.
Farida was extremely helpful and her communications were excellent, always keeping us fully apprised of the situation.
