They put the price up over the phone which i reluctantly agreed to as I needed the insurance, told them I needed a specific payment date, they told me to contact Close Brothers to change it.

Did as requested and changed the date, only for them to cancel the policy for non payment. Spent 4 hours talking to their useless agents and in the end Close Brothers took over and got my insurance reinstated.

I received an apology, shortly followed by another cancellation notice. Another 30 minutes on the phone before I was once again assured that it wouldn't be cancelled.

Hate to think how difficult it would be to actually claim with this company.

Arranged van insurance on Wednesday but decided the next day to do a one off payment instead of monthly because of horrendous percentage charge.Contacted the company and was put through to Customer Services who didn't answer the phone for 20 minutes so I gave up..Rang again and complained and was told I would be put through straight away.Same thing happened and I waited for 26 minutes and when I did get through was told I couldn't deal with this because as promised by the sales agent, he hadn't logged on his computer for me to be able to deal with my husband's insurance. I was promised a "call back" later that morning at 12.45 but this didn't happen. I rang again after lunch and explained what I wanted to do but again was told I would have to wait in a queue. I could not ring directly to customer services which is odd. In the end I rang again and waited for 20 minutes to speak to customer services and cancelled the Policy.I admit the price was good but their customer services and telephone system is rubbish. I managed to get a good price with another company who were very efficient in their work.This company seems to have a good staffing level on the sales side but after that its terribly inefficient.It would appear after my experience they are only interested in selling !! Don't use this company they are terrible.The price also increased from my online quote but they didn't explain why.

I received an extremely poor service this from this insurance company.

Typical games - Find a fault with your declared information, (Points date or mileage) and increased the quote by 50%.

I went online corrected my quote and received a new quote £3 difference to the original from the same company. When I contacted them they apparently didn't know why there quote went up so much.

I do, marking prices up as a third party insurance broker.

I would not recommend this company at all.

Was insured for 20 days when I needed to change my address, they wanted £650 to do this address change 4 roads away. Or I could cancel policy meaning I would pay £180 for 20 days cover. The whole year's premium was £680. Will not be using these guys again steer clear. ( pun intended )

I was quoted online, was contacted to verify my policy and told I didn’t add the points to the policy that I do have and most definitely did add, after back and forth the quote went from 900 to 2500, there was a NIP to my business vehicle that was addressed to my business but not for me as they had to? The NIP was removed by police and not added to any Driving licence. When I rang to change the policy because of the back and forth with the NIP which turned out to be nothing, they then charged me 10x the amount they said they would for the policy change. Do not use this company, dreading how much I’m going to be charged to cancel when I get quotes from others.

Awful! ? I've requested to cancel my policy within cooling off period. Been charged twice for over £100 and no breakdown of cancellation fees were explained. They're ignoring my emails. Will never use this company again! No respect to the customer!

These people are not an insurance company and are just middle men..a policy taken through them restricts you from actually being able to talk to the actual insurance provider and instead you get passed through an endless chain of call handlers who have no clue what there doing when you need to make a claim

What a mess! They make you call them to validate your online policy - price went up over the phone. Refused to issue refund on my premium - dreadful firm, proper sales shop and no customer service at all. AVOID!!!!!
