10/10!!! My family and I suffered water damage to our home due to the crazy SoCal rainstorms we had in the winter. We originally tried to go through the claim ourselves and trust our insurance company. A remediation company came out to dry our home with several drying machines but the house needed a significant amount of demolition. Our insurance company was dragging their feet and was generally unresponsive. A family member recommended we call Vantage Public Adjusters to discuss our case to see if anything could be done. We met the owner Sasha in person at our house later that day and signed him onto our claim. From that point on everything was handled by Sasha. It was a HUGE weight off of our shoulders! Constantly reaching out to the insurance company with no responses was exhausting. Not only did Sasha get a hold of our insurance company and ensure we receive a proper settlement so we could repair our home, but he was so responsive. I can’t think of a single question I had that went unanswered. The only thing I regret is not hiring VPA from the beginning to save me some time and headache!
