We have had an Automist system installed by Vapourmist Solutions Ltd in 2018. From the initial instalment to the annual services, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable cost and great service. We will be moving from this property soon but I'm sure the next owners will receive the same great service.

We used Vapourmist Solutions Ltd to install a system for us, following approved planning for a loft conversion. We were renovating the downstairs rooms in the house and needed a quick response to install the system within a small window of time while access to the ceilings was available. The team surveyed the house on Wednesday & installed the system on Friday allowing us to keep on schedule for the build. The team have been fantastic at install, testing and the customer service we have received has been quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Vapourmist for their outstanding and prompt service! I required the adjustment of one of my Plumis sprinklers by 10cm, and the original installer was being very problematic about this. Vapourmist immediately agreed to help me at a fraction of the price. Paul, exceeded expectations by going the extra mile to conceal the wall holes, minimizing the additional work for the decorator. Exceptional service and attention to detail!

Vapourmist solutions have been a pleasure to work with. From first contact, system design and survey and install. One of the easier contractors on our house build. Great idea to remove the need for a fire door in our self build which was actually less expensive for what we would have needed and with better fire protection. Just hope we never need it to be used.

Vapourmist installed a Plumis Automist solution for us, which enabled us to get Building Control approval for renovation works including an open plan layout with double height space. The Vapourmist team was lovely throughout, over the phone and by email, and on site. There was a bit of a mix up with the cable and hose lengths that we were sent, but that was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the team. Building control were happy with the solution from a safety perspective, and we're happy with it from an aesthetic perspective too - though I hope we never have to experience it in action! I would happily recommend Vapourmist to friends looking for a similar solution.

Vapourmist have been excellent in their customer service and in the installation of the equipment. The price is very reasonable and they were professional and reliable when on site. Even though our builder had not prepared the site sufficiently the vapourmist fitter was very patient and managed to sort out the problem. The staff are prompt on email and were very helpful when we needed more advice about what was required for the fitter to do his job.
I'm sorry the last post had a bad experience but I can vouch that this company have been professional and reliable and not wasted our time in anyway.

Emma, Jo and Paul at Vapourmist were extremely knowledgeable and helpful sorting out my unusual fire regulations problems. They worked around my build schedule managing to tidily incorporate the system into a tight space in an existing Kitchen. Vapourmist made a proposal to install two Automist Smartscan sensors, pumps and nozzles on the open-plan ground floor of my three-storey town house. This would satisfy Building Control and make the house safe and compliant after earlier owners had illegally ripped out the principal means of escape from a fire. The company was practical and constructive. The installer was highly informative and professional. The admin folks were communicative, efficient and friendly. Many thanks for a good job.
