lovely experience and a lovely chap! very honest and made sure that we understood any issues with our locks etc. our front door lock is a bit temperamental and he made sure to explain what issues could arise and how to fix them. very personable and will definitely be using the services in the future.

Genuinely amazed by how good the service was. Front door locking bolts suddenly stopped. Called and they came within 30 minutes. Assessed the door. Needed whole new insert into the rock door. Fitted a temporary lock to secure the house for the night and explained what was wrong what was needed. True to his word, Chris had ordered the part and came back the following day before 2pm to fit the locking mechanism and new key lock. Cleaned the door, even righted a gap that was in it. And then sent invoice by text with no call out charges or up front payment. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly brilliant, reassuring and quality service.

Brilliant service. Chris came out within 30 minutes of me calling and spent 6 hours fixing my front door lock. He also remedied another couple of problem’s with doors/window. Reasonable charge too. Definitely recommend if you need a locksmith or maintenance to doors or windows.

Called for a free security check. Very responsive to messages and came out quickly.
