Avoid at all cost they will cancel your insurance 3rd month way through they are unresponsive and full of lies avoid!!! They just fined me £1200 after cancelling my policy they forwarded me to Insurance Collections Bureau please save your self and go to a proper company!

The price was cheap but the cover was reduced and the excesses were higher all of which we accept.
Make sure you check the policy details very carefully if coming through from a comparison site as we had to pay extra plus a alteration fee for a tow bar.
As usual, you'll only know if you have to make a claim...

When renewing the operator didn't seem to know the process leaving me hanging on for nearly 35 minutes before the policy was renewed. Then, some 5 days later I found the premium had been taken twice and that took nearly 5 days to be refunded, so not very impressed to be honest.

This company are thieves in my opinion. I cancelled my policy and rather than just charge my cancellation fee they wish to charge me over 400 pounds equal to more than 4 months' insurance, despite up to date payments and the credit company saying no money owed. They send extremely threatening emails, contradicting themselves and trying to justify the costs even though the credit agreement company confirmed no money was owed. They send correspondence at 4 a.m in the morning! Please believe the negative reviews here.

The lady Michelle Naidoo who dealt with my complaint is unable to understand simple logic. Later correspondence quoted a different sum for money owed, which remains unfair and illogical. They continue to harass me for over 250 pounds threatening to refer me to credit collection and doing so despite Premium credit saying no money is owed.

I have now referred the matter to the Ombudsman but am being chased for the supposed 'debt' by a collection company. Really rubbish company. Please believe me...Avoid them at all costs.

Never use this service for car insurance, because if you sell your car and need to cancel your insurance, this company start charging you for things that are ridiculous. I was so disappointed with the customer service. I have been driving for nearly 30 years and never have I experienced such silly charges from a insurance company. Please stay away.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I was with Go Skippy and had two cars insured.,one with Go Skippy and the other with Vavista, unbeknowing to me they canceled the wrong policy when I got one car scrapped, so I was driving without insurance. when I called them they told me it was their fault but won't rectify the problem so had to cancel the insurance policy. now I'm waiting for them to contact me to resolve the issue.... still waiting. don't believe what they tell you they are scammers

Really poor renewal experience. I'd have been happy to continue with them. I called to enquire about substituting a NCB I had built up on a different policy (that has now expired and thus not attached to any other car). This took two calls and three or four emails to get across what I was trying to do over almost 2 weeks. Eventually 3 days before renewal they said they couldn't do this. I didn't follow their reasoning as it appeared to be illogical.

Even if I just accept that, I had also asked them to change my job title in the spirit of everything being accurate. They just ignored this request and still haven't altered it. It is now end of play on Friday and my insurance expires Sunday. I've had to go with another insurer I'm afraid. Real shame that basic customer service lets this organisation down as the quotes are competitive but I wonder what the claim experience would have been like given customer service appear to be unable to deal with basic enquiries and alterations in a timely manner.
