My son is living on local authority flat where unfortunately you have the contract to fit a new front door in Oct 2023, its now feb 2025! After two attempts to fit a new one you still haven't managed to get it right, and he is without a replacement door. But not to worry as his landlord (Two Rivers) have instructed another contractor to do the job you failed to.

Never heard of the company until this morning when the driver of Bw73 hza tried to run me off the road in Exeter. Watched them do the same to other people too. Not very good advertising driving like an ass with your company logo all over the car. Won't be suggesting the company to anyone due to that.

We are currently in the process of having seven double fire doors sets replaced by Ventro, as commented before the workmanship of the installers is very poor, mitres are so bad uneven, gaps. the doors have a 2 cm gap at the bottom. both doors on one set do not close properly. they started on the 22nd Nov left site on the 4th and we havent seen them since, no phone call, no update. we still have four doors sets to install, i requested their manager attend site weeks ago but nothing from them. beginning to wish i hadnt used them and i cant see them improving.
the wood work will need redoing and the doors will need fitting correctly to remove the 2 cm gaps at the bottom . I hope the Boss reads this but as you can see not much response from the previous reviews.

Employs labourers to fit fire doors, cant do mites and fills all frames,architraves with filler because the gaps are so big,dont hoover up after and walk mastic all through your carpet.

So I am part of a housing association called housing solutions who have not made any resistant aware of the safety check that happened this morning where I opened my window to find 7 workman in hi Viz uniform with no identification taking pictures and drilling holes in the brick work.
