Great service. As a first time buyer I had no idea what to do to get on the property ladder. After meeting with a couple of other mortgage brokers I was reccomend for Veracity, and they were by far the best. I met with Min who spoke to me like a person not a customer. She went through everything in detail but in a way I understood. She was always on the end of a phone call when I needed help with other queries about the house buying process. The team in the office were lovely to and looked after me with a chat and good coffee (always a bonus). I would highly reccomend Veracity Financial Planning to anyone.

Chris stephens sorted out mortgage out 2 years ago, he was upfront, honest and offered the very best advice for our first mortgage. Everything was handled and organised by him allowing less stress and pressure of moving house. Horrific experience with a veracity advisor -Christopher Stephens, who told me I could get a mortgage by lying to to the lender about my job title and omitting that I have a short, fixed-term contract. He said it would be fine, got me an agreement in principle under these lies and said if the lender rejected the mortgage under 'not liking the quality of the house or any other reason' then I would have to pay him £200 as he had still done his job. I am a novice so didn't know there's actually no way for me to get a mortgage with the job I had, it would have instantly been flagged. This guy was playing me and taking advantage of my lack of experience in this field. He also got really weird whenever I asked too many questions about how it worked, saying 'well maybe I shouldn't help you then, I don't even know you, I was doing you a favor' and even getting angry with me.
