I found the staff very kind and the Vet Charlotte made me feel at ease in a very difficult situation, she answered all my worries and even called to keep me updated. Toby our cat is not just a pet but part of our family and the care given at Vets now was excellent. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I cannot speak too highly of the service I received from Parkside Veterinary Group and Vets Now over my Cavalier King Charles’ recent health issues. They had all the necessary clinical skills and I particularly appreciated their regular updates on my little dog’s progress. Thankyou. Dr Andrew Reid

Very welcoming and said hello and gave my dog a scratch around his ears that doesn't happen very often, vet was very professional and actually took the time to explain things properly, he wasn't in a rush to get the next patient, I didn't feel like we were just another number. I was very happy with care a service that was provided to myself and milo 🦮. Thank you.

Been with my diabetic dog twice recently - right from 1st phone call to say bringing in Everyone polite and very professional. 1st Bruno had to stay the weekend - we got plenty of updates and able to visit him ! 2nd visit - Vet very helpful in explaining what was happening with B - due to him being sick - anti-sickness jag given- we had the choice if we could manage at home or he could stay in - we opted for home - advised to contact if we were concerned about anything ! Which we very grateful for ! Wonderful service , fantastic team working through the nights and weekends to keep our pets well ! THANKYOU X

The staff were fantastic and very reassuring, with information about how likely my dog's health could be affected after my dog ingested some roasted red onions.

However I was a little disappointed
that the vet didn't prescribe some
activated charcoal.

The receptionist, the nurses and the vets were all extremely friendly and professional.

I was very stressed when I arrived but after the vet had examined my cat and explained her plan I was sure he would get the best possible treatment, and I'm confident that he did.

The vets were all outstanding in keeping me updated with my cat's treatment and test results and in keeping me aware of the costs involved.

Overall, I was extremely impressed by everyone I interacted with over the weekend and couldn't fault them.

Thanks again to Helen and everyone else. (Sorry I can't remember all your names). Thanks also for ensuring that Bumble got the best follow on treatment.
He's now eating and almost back to his old self.

Took my dog to Vets now on Sunday morning with very sore and infected anal glands.
Everything was OK there apart from the very hefty price £313 just for the consultation.
I was that astounded, I actually took a photo of the computer screen, when the vet was out of the room, to see exactly the breakdown of the £400+ bill.
Thankfully I did, as I was advised to go to my own vet next day to get a continuous course of antibiotics, as the vet could give me them there and then, however it would cost so much more through Vets Now!! Which was actually quite kind of her to point this out.
However when I called my vet the next day they had no record of my dog being treated.
He wasn't in the system, not quite sure what the ploy was here, but they suddenly found them when I produced the proof of the photo I had taken, so my impression of Vets Now is not very good!!!
