I can't praise Vetsure enough, our beloved cat Puddles had diabetes and they paid out promptly every time we submitted a claim. We recently had to put Puddles to sleep which was devastating for us but honestly the customer care at Vetsure was so compassionate and helpful it really made this horrible part no more difficult than it had to be. Vetsure, you are hiring great people who have restored my faith in customer service - in my experience, I think you are setting the gold standard for customer service....I wish all companies were taking your lead! We also received a hand written compassion card after we had to put Puddles to sleep which was also really appreciated. We plan to get a dog next and given our experience with Vetsure will definitely be coming back.

Vetsure have insured both our dogs and the service has been perfect. They have handled every claim with efficiency. If you ring them they all seem to understand how much our pets mean to us and handle claims with the minimum of fuss. So glad we found them and I recommend them fully.

Do not use this company!!

This company will take money from you and when you send in a claim they refuse to pay. They don't care when you speak to them They feed you the same excuses. Please don't use this company. I'm now £900 out of pocket 🤬

I requested a quote for my cat aged 14: I am more than happy with current provider but thought it would be more straightforward as he is now registered with a vet practice linked to vetsure. Apparently they only accept new claims for dogs and cats aged 10 max! Do they not realise how long cats live these days? We have 3 extremely healthy cats in their teens and our two oldies who died earlier this year were 23 and 22 and were never ill…… This is an outdated and ridiculous restriction - but hey ho, their loss of potential income!

Our vet had recommended this insurance. They were too late in telling me they wouldn't cover any of the claims to do with diarrhoea because our kitten had diarrhea one time for a short while before the policy. They go by symptoms and not by diagnosis. I don't find them professional and wouldn't recommend them! I just wish I had shopped around first.

Shocking company that will go against their own terms and conditions of their contract and void your insurance policy you have with them leaving you with no money back.
Horrible communications their staff don't get back to you.
I had a policy for my cat and they said they were linking weight loss back to diarrhea he had with a PREVIOUS owner..
Yet I re-homed this cat for a better life and it's been years since then. They just make up lies as they go along. Won't be dealing with them in the future.
