Our experience with Virtu Planning has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish of our mortgage application and house purchase. As first time buyers, we were complete novices when it comes to mortgage products, and with the interest rates rising we would have found it very difficult to navigate without Emilia and Joe’s help. Emilia worked so hard to lock in our desired mortgage product at the lowest interest rate as soon as we had our offer accepted and was quick to respond to any queries we had during our whole buying process. We also booked in an appointment with Emilia and Joe to discuss insurance and protection, which are both also something we are completely new to.
