Virtue Property were assigned to manage the renovation of my flat following extensive damage from a burst pipe in the flat above which went unnoticed for over 10 hours.
I was naturally apprehensive as to how they would operate and whether they would have my best interests at heart or would be cost cutting.
I really needn’t have worried. From the moment I met Alex all my fears were allayed. He clearly knew his stuff and a start date for the New Year was arranged. In fact, they had a cancellation and were able to begin work before Christmas. Every time I popped in to see how they were doing I was impressed with the work ethic of all involved and the care which they showed in carrying out their various tasks.
Inevitably snags arose though not because of anything that Virtue had done. They were more to do with the original damage being more extensive than initially thought. Alex was right on top of it and was brilliant at keeping me informed as to how things were going pulling out all the stops to get things back on track. Indeed, among the many excellent traits Alex demonstrated during the renovation, his communication was undoubtedly the best.
Even now, after the renovation has been signed off, Alex is still checking in to make sure nothing was missed.

Virtue were appointed to carry out insurance work to my late parent's property following a collision last year (4 days after my mum's funeral). Once appointed, Alex made contact with me to arrange the work and, as I live some distance from the property, took the time to keep me fully informed throughout the process. As we couldn't meet up at the property, we made arrangements for access through a local family member and they co-operated with them and me to ensure the project ran smoothly. Alex discussed with me the scope of the work, sent documents to me to review ahead of commencement of the work and discussed with me the plan to complete the work, especially given the inclement weather. When an issue arose with matching the bricks to the original brickwork, he worked hard to find a match and when this wasn't possible, arranged a brick tinting service to achieve as close a match as possible. The work was well organised and professionally completed, and they even arranged for a thorough clean of the flooring upon completion, which I was very grateful for.

Alex and the team at Virtue took the stress away from the situation I was in and lead the project smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Virtue based on their efficiency, professionalism, high standard of finish, timeliness and project management.

After we had a house fire ( by a tradesman ) then water damage on top of that 17 months ago , our house was hell of a mess , virtue was the Appointed contractor agreed by all and I must admit what an absolutely brilliant job they've done , they have turned our house back into a lovely home , yes it took along time , and yes its been hard but honestly kyl and all tradesmen have been brilliant and understanding ,, they completed insurance side of work so good we paid for other work on top and wow they didn't fail to deliver ,, I can't praise them enough for what they've done to the house , I actually think ill miss them all ,,, but seriously thank you all

Following a bad leak in the drain pipe from the bath the boxing in of the pipes had to be destroyed so that the pipe could be replaced. Virtue were assigned by our insurance company to replace the boxing and other renovation work. I can honestly say that the work carried out by the two Adrians was of a very high standard. They worked hard and the completed boxing looks great and we are very pleased with it and the standard of work carried out. I would definitely recommend this company.

I recently needed repairs to be carried out and Virtue were appointed to do the work, headed by Matt. Matt explained what Virtue had been instructed to do and removed any stress I was feeling. The decorators came in to do their side of the repairs and the outside brickwork was also completed, to a superb standard. Any queries I raised were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by Matt - he's very easy to talk to. I would definitely think of them again if I needed these sort of services and would highly recommend them.

Avoid !!. If your insurance are using them please request a different company. Rude workers , bad attitude from site manager . Everything is wrong with them
