I can certainly recommend Joel and his team at Vision Insurance Service. Our fleet van insurance was up for renewal and Joel was super speedy at getting a competitive price to us. He was fantastic at responding to all my messages.

The service from Matt Jones at Vision Insurance is outstanding.
I was looking for insurance as a freelance education consultant 3 years ago and he was the only person I found who listened carefully and helped me to understand exactly what type of insurance I needed.

So yesterday it’s been 4 weeks since my van got broken into. The van is still on my drive and not been repaired. The ignition has been stolen, therefore the van is immobile. After paying a lot of money for the insurance the service has been extremely poor.
