Suki was looking after me at the beginning and did a great job, then for a moment I was dealing with Faye, Hannah and Serena who were very helpful too.
Finally for most of the time I was dealing with Khulan who is such a friendly, knowledgeable and professional girl. She has gone above and beyond to help with my mortgage offer and her communication is brilliant.
