John Mallinson was our mortgage advisor we were first time buyers with a complex case buying our home from WDH on a right to acquire scheme. He literally looked after us for 4 years! We first started looking to buy 4 years ago then as circumstances changed throughout our lives and the country we decided to buy the home we live in from WDH. john was so patient and explained everything so well. He recommended a solicitor to us and he even sorted our life insurance! Listened to me moaning when things wasn't going my way and always offering good advice. Me & my partner have just recently gone through the 1st time buyer process and happily bought our 1st home! Chris Clegg was our mortgage advisor and he honestly couldn’t do enough for us.

We struggled a bit during the whole process and it took quite a long time for everything to get accepted but with Chris being our mortgage advisor he helped us so much throughout the whole process.

I really don’t think we’d be moving into our home today if it wasn’t for Chris. I was quite stressed at the start of getting our mortgage accepted by the lenders but Chris reassured me everyday & did everything I asked and more! He made me feel more as ease during the process.

Towards the end of 2021, me and my partner were looking to buy our first home but we had NO IDEA. Sean at Vista had helped our friends buy their first home and recommended us to contact him to we arranged a Zoom meeting.

Sean answered all our questions and helped us to establish what would be the best mortgage for us and explained all the steps in the process.

We then went viewing an amazing house, made an offer which was accepted and Sean took care of everything for us and kept in touch when we were waiting for the solicitor to do the checks.
