Katie is professional, friendly, and helpful. Our interactions were conducted entirely by phone and email, as I live a considerable distance from her. Still, from our first conversation, she understood immediately what my needs were, without having to jump over unnecessary hurdles. Katie has been amazing in helping me structure my Equity release plan, week to week she's been updating me with the process and been there whenever I've have had a enquiry. Had a initial phone call with her for 2 hours where I had displayed my concerns however she put my mind at rest throughout that phone call and got me on the right plan for my ER. She's always been very approachable at all times throughout my ER journey and I couldn't highly recommend her any more for ER.
