I recently visited this solicitor's office for a simple task - filling out an ID form. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. The staff member I dealt with was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting me. Despite being 7 months pregnant, I was left feeling uncomfortable and upset.

The receptionist's lack of clarity on the process and the staff member's attitude towards not printing the form myself added to the frustration. Given my previous positive experience with the office years ago, it's clear that the business has declined significantly since then.

Sadly, this experience has soured me on recommending this solicitor to others, and I've warned my family to consider alternatives. The lack of care and attention to clients, especially in a vulnerable state like mine, is inexcusable.
