Q. Why should you use Wagner Gibbs Mortgages?
A. Grant and Team have supported use through two mortgage processes and has been first class throughout, however to really demonstrate why you should use Grant and Team, I'll use a real example - as we know, rates are rising again and due to Grant's awareness of when the next rate rises were due, not only did he give us the heads-up but was also able to push through are application in the evening of the next pending rate rise, locking in a great rate and saving us £1000s over the next 5-years. Had we been working directly with a Lender, this would have been an impossible task, had we been working with another broker that wasn't as flexible, available and fast paced, again the chances of locking in that deal were highly unlikely - this is a great example of what Grant is able to do for his clients and the service he and his team provide.

In addition to the level of service Grant provides, his pricing model is also very competitive.

Big thanks to Lou, Duncan, Ness and Kerry in helping me to get a mortgage and get into the property ladder. I always thought that the process will be dreadful especially that I'm a first time buyer but with their help, they made it easy, smooth and stress free for me. The compliments I could pay this company a d the entire team are never-ending but to summarise: Professional, Friendly, Efficient, Goal Orientated. Knowledge but most of all Calming for what is a stressful time for any first-time buyer.

As I was living in the UK less than 3 years, he was very honest in telling me this would be harder but they would get it done.

As a first-time buyer from Ireland, I really had no family to advise me so I felt very alone in the process however these guys made me feel supported and confident throughout. I am not saying it wasn’t stressful but to have people like this on your side made it so much easier.
All in all, these people and what they represent is my idea of what financial institutions should model themselves on. They are in no way self-serving and they go above and beyond for their clients at every stage.
