Whilst I was not a direct client, I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of a consultant who was working on behalf of THX.

- Unable to answer any questions about the company she was representing
- Giving a candidate just a few hrs notice (via a message that could have been missed) to attend an interview whilst she knew he was at work that day
- No prep support offered
- Communication 100% on indeed and minimum effort to actually call and speak with the candidate at any time.
- Cancellation of a second interview not once but twice. On the second occasion just an hour before his second interview when he was already on his way to the location
- Resulting in lost time and fuel costs to the candidate

If I could give less than one star that would be appropriate

There are lots of “recruitment services” my suggestion is to choose a professional service and think hard about if WARD are right for your business.
