As we have been using an
insurance company recommended by yourselves who wouldn't cover a valid and proven claim I have decided obviously that your business has lost all credibility bordering on fraudulent and we are cancelling all our multiple insurances with you as they expire so will not be renewing any policy.We are a long time customer of SA Cutler and would say since his death this new company has very poor customer representation and as brokers you have a duty to provide the best possible outcome for any claim.Your business plainly has no interest in this or my business.

I would say they are The Best,I have been using them for many Years and have no Complaints at all.Their Service is First Class whenever my Policy is due I get a Phone Call where Everything is explained regarding Policy Renewal including Prices Alternative Cover what’s Best for me and any Questions I have they are prompt to reply.I always deal with Natalie she has Excellent Phone manner and Very experienced at dealing with my requirements nothing is too much trouble.
