I had a visit today to check ear wax by a charming young man. Who is very gentle and very thorough. A pleasure to meet. I already have hearing aids which he supplied last year which are most comfortable. I would recommend his services to anybody and I am sure that they would have chosen him to provide this service.

Very professional and polite. Baz really listened to me and understood my problems. Thorough examination and fully explained all procedures. The hearing is now good and the hearing aids are comfortable to wear. Extremely pleased with outcome and reassured by promise of easy access to my future problems. I initially wanted an in the ear hearing aid however Baz showed me an option that would be better due to the shape of my ears and I am very pleased.

Baz was great, I would highly recommend him. He gave me sensible and helpful advice on the phone, before the appointment and at the appointment he then gave honest advice about only clearing one ear. He seemed knowledgeable. It was great having him visit the house, so I didn't need to drive into town and park. I would definitely use him again if I need to.

Very very pleased with the service. Very helpful. Explained it all well and allowed me time to write things down. The person was very patient which is comforting as we are in our eighties. My brother is very happy with his discrete hearing aids.

Found waxy clear after a google search because I was suffering from a blocked ear. After a quick phone call I was sorted with an appointment in a few days. Arrived promptly and explained the procedure to me thoroughly before beginning. Had both ears done during the visit and I am amazed in the difference. The clarity of sound of which I have not heard for years. The biggest difference I have noticed is the treble and high notes. It’s like having my hearing totally restored. Wish I had had it done sooner. I would recommend this to anyone. Forty years worth of stuff in my ears what came out especially the blocked one was incredible. I do wear earplugs whilst riding motorcycles so this had added to my problem.
Very professional service cannot recommend enough.
