Charged a nice little fee of over £100 for doing absolutely nothing apart from sending some paperwork which we did not sign, and did not instruct them to do anything for us.
Said they would waver the fee as a gesture of good will, but was too late as I paid it, and they didnt even offer to refund me! Never heard from them again, but to be fair never heard from them in thr beginning as contact, even so much as courtesy replies, were non existent.

Will never consider, or recommend them to anyone.
