WCI, and in particular Naomi, have been absolutely exceptional in handling an Environment Agency application for us. It is impossible to overstate how professional, knowledgeable, approachable and efficient they were. If only all 'professionals' worked to this standard!
We were kept updated with progress and WCI's representations saved us literally thousands of pounds. Throughout the application Naomi took the time to explain the whole process in great detail and showed great patience in answering our questions. WCI were very professional in installing our new sewage treatment plant in our rear garden. They commenced work in January 2025 in very wet conditions, the work took approximately 5 days. Everything arrived at the correct time. When completed they covered the ground with fresh topsoil and thoroughly cleaned down our driveway. Since then we have reseeded and you would never know the work had taken place. I wish to thank Naomi and her team for a very professional job and would recommend them very highly to any other clients.

I needed to upgrade our sceptic tank to meet regulation concerning the discharge method and phosphate concerns. In brief I contacted WCI who arranged a survey and following their findings and recommendations we agreed the tank needed replacing.

From the outset, I found them very professional, extremely pleasant and explained everything that had to be done.
They arranged everything from legals, planning consent, groundworks and supplying the water treatment plant. The staff were extremley helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They got on with the job which took under 1 week to complete.

I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs this type of work done as the workers were fantastic and knew their job and the office staff are very professional and really pleasant so well done all at WCI.
