Absolute joke, I wouldn’t recommend. They contradict them selfs against their own scoring/grading posters in the booth after walking you though the grading/score poster. I could go into more depth, but what’s the point.

No matter what car I’ve brought to
them ( 3 in total ) all in different conditions, milage, age, make , sale person knock the price down by 1k with exact same excuses. Don’t bother with online quote get prepared for 1k less. No room for renegotiation. Waste of time.

We took our car for a quote at WBAC. The guy was unapologetically 30minutes behind. We decided to go and come back. We were estimated £6800 online. When we came back, within minutes, the hassled worker took his lamp out and told us ‘someone’s done a right number on this!’. We were completely confused. Our car has some stones chips in the front, one surface scratch on one side and another on the other. He told us that a grade out of 5, this was a 1. I took it to a mechanic friend straight after and he laughed at this. Final offer from WBAC £3500. Do not recommend.

Decided to give we buy any car a go… car in perfect condition 18k which wasn’t a bad price… up steps the quite arrogant and rude sales guy in Cwmbran… half hour later finding two tiny stone chips on the Bonet to then knock it down by nearly 500 quid !! I said I would touch them up and return as anyone would.. to his response don’t bring it back here if you do that !! My response is rather give the car away than sell it to a rude patronising guy like he was !!
Need to train your staff better in people skills WBAC !!

Very disappointed with them I had 3 chips on the car I didn’t even notice they were there, and one small dent 1cm big and the guy working for we buy an car knocked £1k from the original price of £7350!!! as the mot was less than 6 months left, the rest was for the cosmetic work.
.I said I was very sure I would not pay £900 to get it fixed anyway I refused to sell it to them.
I then went to sell to Cazoo and I have explained about the 3 chips and they give good deal , was £350 less than the original WBAC quote, but didn’t try to haggle a penny off it when they checked the car and the process was so quick and easy with such friendly professional staff.
If you wanna sell your car go to cazoo at least they are honest with the price……
