If I could give Jordan 6 stars I would. From the very first bit of contact with him right until the finish line, Jordan was amazing. He made what could have been a stressful process a very smooth and simple process. Jordan explained everything in simple terms to us along the way, which is what we all want really! He kept us updated all the time, replied to any queries promptly, and even arranged zoom meetings in the evenings to fit around us. Nothing was too much to ask. What was really nice is Jordan would always ask us what we’ve been and how our days were etc, which was a really nice personal touch.
