I'm writing this review purely because of our dealings with them went as well as it could given the circumstances.

We were able to get most of our costs back for our wedding, which was very expensive. Unfortunately we had a horrific family incident the morning of our wedding and with minimal stress and any patronising or trying avoiding the situation or payments. They asked for what was required on their policy and we supplied it. If something was wrong they informed us of what was required and we simply collected what was needed. It took 2 months, which was a long time, but never the less we can now book our venue again and have our wedding.

Highly recommend. I researched what insurance to get and I'm now recommending these to anyone else out there. Make sure if an issue happens to make the claim as soon as possible just to open the claim. Then deal with it after the issue that you've had.
